The Holos Arts & Wellness Network Inc. (HAWN) was founded as the nonprofit arm of the Holos Multimedia ecosystem and is dedicated to supporting the overall wellness and sustainability of music artists through community, education, and holistic resources.

Rooted in the Holistic Theory of Art—the belief that creativity flourishes when the mind, body, spirit, and environment are in balance—HAWN approaches artist development as a whole-person experience. Rather than focusing solely on artistic output, the organization recognizes that true creative longevity requires wellness, knowledge, community, and equitable access to opportunity.

As a public charity, HAWN empowers creatives—especially BIPOC and historically underrepresented artists—through programs centered on wellness, education, equity, community, and legacy-building.

HAWN was created in response to a growing need: artists deserve spaces that nurture not only their creativity, but enhance their wellness and long-term sustainability. Music is universal and inspires the world, yet the artists behind that inspiration often face burnout, financial instability, and limited access to holistic support systems.

HAWN exists to change that.

Through workshops, community programming, educational resources, and collaborative experiences, HAWN helps artists cultivate balance across mind, body, and creative practice. Guided by the Holistic Theory of Art, our programs integrate wellness, artistic growth, and sustainable career development to create environments where artists can thrive both personally and professionally.

We believe that when artists are supported holistically, they produce more meaningful work, build stronger communities, and contribute to a healthier and more equitable creative economy.

At HAWN, we envision a future where artists are not only celebrated for their creativity—but fully supported in their well-being, empowerment, and long-term legacy.
