HAWN is the nonprofit arm of Holos, dedicated to the charitable and educational mission of supporting artists’ holistic well-being. As a public charity, HAWN empowers creatives — especially BIPOC and historically underrepresented artists — through programs in wellness, education, equity, community, and legacy-building.

HAWN oversees initiatives such as:

The Pleasure Affair: a community-centered arts and wellness event series.
Workshops & Training: financial literacy, wellness, and career development.
Mentorship & Micro-grants: ensuring access to opportunities and networks that foster long-term growth.

About the Founder

Deannah "Dripp" Blemur

Founder & CEO - Holos Multimedia

Deannah Blemur, professionally known as Dripp, is a Haitian-American performing artist, entrepreneur, and community leader. She is the founder of Holos Multimedia, a company dedicated to empowering underrepresented artists through access to creative, educational, and wellness resources. She is also the curator behind The Pleasure Affair, a series of immersive showcases celebrating rising talent and fostering community connection. As a passionate actor, she has performed at Boston Playwrights Theatre and Gloucester Stage Company, and as a singer-songwriter, she holds a credit on BET’s Sistas.

Her artistic journey began in the church, where her love for music production and vocal arranging took root. From 2014 to 2018, she led S.O.A.R. Ministries (Serve, Obey, Abide, Reach-out), an initiative dedicated to self-love and self-improvement for Boston youth. During this time, she honed her skills in organizing fundraisers, benefit concerts, and conferences. While earning her Bachelor's degree in Communications at Regis College, Deannah was actively involved in Dance Company, Glee Club, and Chamber Singers.

She further refined her craft through Writing Sessions America and Our Place Theatre. Beyond the arts, Deannah is deeply engaged in entrepreneurship programs, including The Jefferson Effect, The Polk Institute, and Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative, and she has benefited from mentorship through the Harvard Innovation Lab. She also performed in demanding and memorable gigs, including the naturalization ceremony and staff art shows at Harvard Business School, developing the discipline required for diverse performance settings.

Currently, Deannah is expanding her artistic growth by learning piano, guitar, music production, and composition. Her creative philosophy is deeply rooted in faith: she believes in God as the master artist, drawing inspiration from Him in every aspect of her life. She encourages artists to pour love into their art and their communities. Dripp explains that her name reflects not material wealth, but the imagery of “dripping in anointing and purpose” and her mission to help others do the same. Her guidance and work are informed by wise, godly counsel, Proverbs-based principles, and a commitment to balancing creativity, wellness, and impact.
