Artists are expected to create the work and run the business behind it. Holos exists to help connect the pieces so artists can spend less time figuring everything out alone and more time building sustainable careers.

Artists don't stop being people when they step into a studio or onto a stage.

Behind the music are careers, finances, relationships, health, responsibilities, goals, and lives that all affect an artist's ability to keep creating.

That's why Holos approaches career development holistically—connecting creativity, wellness, education, ownership, community, and opportunity rather than treating them as separate parts of an artist's life.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Deannah "DRIPP" Blemur

Founder by Experience. Artist at Heart.

Deannah Blemur is a performing artist, writer, actor, and entrepreneur building Holos from firsthand experience navigating the challenges facing independent creatives.

Her journey began in church, where she developed her love for singing, vocal arranging, and creative expression. She later co-led S.O.A.R. Ministries, organizing programs, fundraisers, benefit concerts, and conferences centered on young-adult development while earning her bachelor's degree in Communications from Regis College.

After deciding to pursue music professionally, Deannah experienced the other side of artistry: finding opportunities, learning the business, promoting herself, financing her work, building relationships, and developing a career while working full-time.

Those experiences became the foundation for Holos.

Rather than separating her work as an artist from her work as a founder, Deannah continues to create and perform as DRIPP, bringing the experience of building her own creative career directly into the products, programs, and experiences Holos develops.

2021

Holos founded + early platform concept developed with Harvard Student Agencies

2022

Business model refined through Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative. Early working demo developed with Core Media Concepts, LLC

2023

Won The Jefferson Effect Showcase & Pitch Deck Competition in partnership with Writing Sessions America. Continued founder development through the Polk Institute Foundation and Creative Entrepreneurship.

2024

Worked with Northeastern University's graduate Digital Media program to narrow the platform's focus to music and develop updated UI/UX concepts. Continued venture development through LvlUp.
